In this assignment the class was instructed to select a brand that was dealing with a crisis and analyze it. I analyzed the Ticketmaster vs Taylor Swift case where customers paid for tickets and didn’t receive them or couldn’t access the website due to high demand which they failed to properly prepare. In this case I analyzed the following factors: urgency, stakeholders affected, the trigger, strategy, and key messages.
